Who's who?

Everyone has a role to play at Albany Park. Those with lead responsibilities are shown here.

Our Minister (or Pastor) is Rev Neil Abbott. Neil is always happy to meet or visit if you want prayer or to discuss something and should also be contacted about baptism, weddings or funerals.

The Deacons, who are elected by the members, support the Minister in day to day spiritual and administrative leadership of the church. Each also has a specific role. They are

Pastoral Care

Our vision is for

  • A church which encourages and sustains each member and friend through their hopes, dreams, desires, problems, uncertainties and needs.

  • A church where everyone is important and respected because Christ loves each one of us as unique individuals with our own views and characteristics.

  • A church where our love for one another is evident in our prayers, our care, our hospitality and our conversation, wherever we are.

  • A church which welcomes all ages, races and abilities and where no group is marginalised.

  • A church where pastoral care is the responsibility of all members as well as the Minister.
